She holds a Master's degree in Data Science, a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Statistics, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Statistics.
She is a data science and statistics professional with expertise in Applied Statistics, Data Science, and Data Protection.
Ann is a Certified Data Protection Officer and maintains active professional affiliations as an Associate Member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
She is also a member of ISACA and a Senior Professional Member and Accredited Trainer with the Institute of Information Management (IIM).
Busayo Ogunyemi ACA, CDPO

Busayo Soetan Ogunyemi is a certified accounting and data protection
professional with over five years of cross-functional experience spanning audit,
financial accounting, and data protection compliance. She currently serves as a
Data Protection Consultant at Valuesoft Intelligent Automation, a licensed Data
Protection Compliance Organization (DPCO), where she conducts data protection
audits, facilitates monthly training programs, and leads Data Protection Impact
Assessment (DPIA) engagements for client organizations.
With a strong foundation in financial accounting and risk management, Busayo brings
a practical, risk-based approach to data protection, helping organizations align
regulatory compliance with operational efficiency. She supports clients in
registering as Data Controllers or Processors with the Nigeria Data Protection
Commission (NDPC), developing privacy policies, and implementing robust data
governance frameworks in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
Busayo is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
and a Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) from the Institute of Information
Management (IIM). She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting (Second Class Upper) from
Obafemi Awolowo University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) at Ajayi Crowther University. She is committed to advancing
data privacy culture, promoting accountability, and enabling organizations to build
trust through responsible data practices.
Bolaji Bamidele Tawose ACA, CDPO

Bolaji Bamidele Tawose is a results-driven accounting and data governance
professional with over four years of cross-functional experience across taxation, audit,
data analytics, and data protection. He currently serves as Data Protection Lead at the
Ekiti State Internal Revenue Service (EKIRS), where he drives NDPA compliance, conducts
data protection impact assessments, and oversees incident response and policy implementation.
With a strong background in audit assurance and risk management, Bolaji has led
data-driven initiatives that improved taxpayer compliance, identified revenue leakages,
and achieved over 20% revenue recovery. His cross-functional expertise enables him to
apply a practical, risk-based approach to data protection, aligning regulatory compliance
with operational efficiency.

Abdulquadri Usman Folami is a seasoned software engineer and technology leader with over
9 years of experience delivering scalable ERP and SaaS solutions. He specializes in system
architecture, operations leadership, and digital transformation, currently heading the
IT Operations Unit at the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service, where he drives system
reliability, data integrity, and revenue optimization.
A Certified Data Protection Officer (NDPC), Abdulquadri combines strong technical expertise
with a deep understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance—embedding
these principles into every system he designs and manages. As a CTO and project lead, he
has successfully built and deployed multi-tenant platforms and enterprise systems, leading
cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions. He brings strong
expertise in software development, data analysis, and agile methodologies.
He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems, optimize operations,
and deliver sustainable digital transformation.
